Transneft – Pipeline Construction Directorate Limited Liability Company (Transneft PCD, LLC) is a subsidiary of Transneft, PJSC (“Oil Transporting Joint-Stock Company Transneft” until 30.06.2016).

Date of establishment of the organisation: 25 October 2013.

The Directorate’s main business activity is implementation of construction and revamping programmes at Transneft’s oil transportation facilities in 23 regions of the European part of the Russian Federation, including Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, Rostov, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Tambov, Lipetsk, Orel, Bryansk, Chelyabinsk, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kurgan, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Ryazan and Moscow Regions as well as the city of Moscow, Krasnodar Territory and the Republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Mari El.

The Directorate acts as the technical customer for a number of major projects, whose principals are Chernomortransneft, Transneft Volga Region, Transneft Druzhba, Transneft Upper Volga, Russian Electric Motors, Transneft Oil Pumps, Transneft Synthesis and Transneft Urals.

Since the establishment of the organisation in 2013 and up to 2018, the Company has built more than 2,300 km of trunk pipelines, including the construction of the first and second phases of the Yug Project, the revamping of the Kuibyshev – Lisichansk and Tikhoretsk - Novorossiysk-1 oil trunk pipelines, the ongoing revamping of the Druzhba oil pipeline and the start of the project for construction of the Novovelichkovskaya - Krasnodar and Kuibyshev - Tikhoretsk oil trunk pipelines.

During the five years, the Company has implemented projects for 28 onsite facilities. Krotovka LODS in Samara Region, Tikhoretskaya OTSD, Krymskaya LODS, Grushovaya site and Novovelichkovskaya PS in Krasnodar Territory were revamped. Volgograd IPS, Tinguta IPS and a railroad loading rack in Volgograd Region were constructed from scratch. Unique projects under the import substitution programme are being implemented in Chelyabinsk Region and in the Republic of Tatarstan: a factory for manufacturing electric motors  in the Russian Federation was built, a drag reducing agents production complex is being completed.

The Company is a member of the Sodruzhestvo Stroitelei (Community of Builders) UNION self-regulatory organisation and has the right to construct, revamp and overhaul capital construction projects regarding especially dangerous, technically complex and unique capital construction projects (the fifth level of responsibility under building contracts obligations).
