HR policy

Transneft – Pipeline Construction Directorate, Limited Liability Company is engaged in construction and revamping of the oil transportation facilities of Public Joint Stock Company «Transneft» (before June 30, 2016 - Oil Transporting Joint-Stock Company Transneft) in 13 European regions of Russia. It is a great team employing 500+ persons, many of whom turned to the Directorate from other subsidiaries of Transneft. It stands to note that staff rotation is a traditional policy for Transneft Company. It helps preserve experienced personnel and expands opportunities for advancement. For many employees relocations have become commonplace, and residents of Tomsk, Bryansk, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Krasnoyarsk, Kurgan, Nakhodka, Novorossiysk and Novosibirsk, Omsk and Perm, Rostov-on-Don and Saint Petersburg, Tyumen and Ufa, Khabarovsk and Yakutsk — throughout entire Russia — are now getting settled in Samara. Many of them are experienced professionals who were part of such grand and unique projects as construction of the Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline system.

Regular staff training is part of the Company’s HR policy. The curriculum is annually set up, in line with which the Company employees improve their skills and become qualified to supervise special work.
